Hi! My name is Nikki Ravaliere - I've worked in the nonprofit and youth-serving industry for nearly 15 years. What started as a simple college job turned into an evolving lifelong passion. I quickly learned I wanted to be the role model and safe place for the youth I worked with in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Once I realized the impact and ease of my personality, meaningful conversations, and engagement, I noticed how hard it was for others. The observation transformed my thinking into coaching, modeling, and professional development for peers that eventually became my employees. My love for sharing knowledge and resources and ensuring that organizations serve their communities and staff well has led me to work with or present at great organizations, conferences, and summits.
